Selling a property – Vendor Services
When you sell your property, either you or the real estate agent you choose will engage our services to prepare the Contract of Sale and Section 32 on your behalf.
As the vendor (the seller) it is your responsibility to ensure that the Section 32 is complete and accurate. An incorrect contract may not be legally binding.
Our role in the process is to do all things necessary to transfer ownership of the property from you to the purchaser. We will work with you to create the contract for the sale of your property .
Nearing settlement, it is our role to lodge the settlement and upon settlement, manage the transfer of funds to the correct party, along with a statement of adjustment.
How much does it cost?
Some vendor statements can be more complicated depending on the type of property being sold, however in most cases, our standard service fee is $1150 +gst which is charged when the property settles.
In addition to this, acquiring permits, titles, certificates, land information and other requirements including photocopying and binding of documents is charged at cost, which is approximately $350 +gst and payment is requested upfront once the documents are completed.
